How do I delete my account?
Email support@mubert.com from the address you sign in with and ask for the account to be deleted. Deletion is permanent: it removes the account and every project in it — so export anything you want to keep first.
There is no delete button in Settings — account deletion is handled by support, so nothing is erased by a stray click.
If the goal is to stop paying rather than to erase everything, cancel the subscription instead — you drop to the Free plan and your projects stay.
