Can I get the music as separate stems?

Yes. A generated track comes apart into its parts, and you can re-roll one of them — the drums, say — without touching the rest. The parts on offer depend on the track: a gentle voiceover bed may have no drums to swap.

Pick the parts to redo. The rest of the track stays as it is.

Re-rolling one part is the answer to "the track is right but the drums are too busy": keep what works, re-roll only what does not. One re-render covers everything you picked, at the price of a single generation.
