Music and sound effects
Is there a library of ready-made music?
Yes — a curated library of staff picks you can search in plain words, plus playlists to browse by mood and genre, alongside generation.
Use the library when you want something immediate and predictable; generate when you want a track built for your show, on demand.
How do I find music that fits my episode?
Describe the episode rather than the genre. "Warm, calm bed for a friendly two-person interview" gets you closer than "lo-fi", because the search reads the description and matches tracks by feel — tempo, mood and instrumentation together — instead of matching a label.
Say what it has to sit under, too. A bed that works behind speech is quieter, slower and less melodic than a track you would listen to on its own; naming the job ("under the intro", "behind a two-minute monologue") filters out the ones that would fight the voice.
If nothing fits, generate instead: Cast can build a track to the length of your episode in the style you describe, which is the better route for an intro or a stinger that has to hit an exact duration.
