From the transcript Cast will draft the episode title, a description for the feed, timestamped highlights and the pull-quotes worth posting — written from what was actually said, ready to paste into your host.
The transcript already exists the moment your audio is in Cast, and chapters give it structure. Show notes are the last thing standing between an export and a published episode, and they are the thing most people write at midnight.
The draft would come in a few lengths — a one-line hook, a paragraph, the full notes with timestamps — and every timestamp would be taken from your chapters, so it stays right after you cut a section.
You keep the pen: the draft is editable text, not a locked block, and nothing is posted anywhere on its own.
