Multitrack import for remote interviews
Bring in one file per participant — the way Riverside, Zencastr and SquadCast deliver a remote session — and Cast will line them up, clean each voice on its own, label the speakers from the tracks and mix them to one episode.
A remote recorder gives you the best possible source: each voice isolated, at full quality, with no crosstalk. Today you mix those down to one file before Cast sees them, which throws that advantage away.
With multitrack import each track keeps its own cleanup — a guest on a laptop mic gets more help than the host on a studio one — and the speaker labels come free, because the file already says who is who.
