What is an audiogram (for a podcast)?
An audiogram is a short video made from a piece of audio: a still image or cover art, a waveform or captions that move with the sound, and the clip itself. It exists because social feeds do not play audio files — the video is the wrapper that lets a podcast moment travel.
The medical test of the same name is unrelated. In podcasting the word means the 30–60 second clip you post to promote an episode, usually vertical for TikTok and Reels, square for a feed, widescreen for YouTube.
Cast exports audio and captions today; the Visualizer, in private beta, renders the audiogram itself — art from a prompt or a reference image, a reactive waveform, titles and a logo, in every social size from one layout.
