Em royalty-free music

E minor is one of the most played minor keys there is. It has just one sharp, F sharp, and it sits right under a guitarist's fingers, so it shows up everywhere from folk ballads to heavy metal.

Where E minor tracks work

• moody vlogs and storytelling videos;
• rock, metal and guitar content;
• dark game and fantasy scenes;
• DJ mixes with G major or B minor.

Why E minor feels the way it does

Minor keys sound more serious and inward than major ones, and E minor adds the ring of the open low E string. Its relative major is G, which shares the same notes, so the two blend easily. In Camelot notation E minor is 9A. Its dark but warm color suits moody vlogs as well as heavy riffs.
