Experimental Artists Playlist and Royalty-Free Music Powered by AI

Experimental music breaks the rules on purpose. This playlist gathers avant-garde, abstract tracks for projects that want to sound different.

Good uses for experimental music

• art films and video installations;
• fashion shows and gallery openings;
• abstract visuals and motion design;
• podcasts and audio essays with an edge.

What makes music experimental

Unusual sounds, broken rhythms, shifting textures and structures that do not follow a verse and chorus. Glitch, drone, IDM and sound collage all live here. The point is surprise: the listener should not know what comes next. For art films and installations, a track that slowly shifts can play in a loop without feeling repetitive. For fashion shows, a strange rhythm or texture makes a collection stand out.

Make an experimental track

Describe it, for example glitchy abstract textures with broken rhythms for an art installation, and Mubert Render creates an original track. More of the style is on the IDM page.

License

Every track is royalty-free and comes with a clear license. What each plan covers is listed on the license page.
