Lounge then and now
Lounge started in the 1950s and 60s with easy listening and exotica: soft jazz, bossa nova, vibraphone and strings. In the 1990s it came back with electronic beats underneath. Today it is anything smooth, warm and stylish that keeps conversation easy. For hotel bars and restaurants, choose tracks with soft percussion and no strong vocals.
Make a lounge track
Describe it, for example smooth lounge with vibraphone and bossa nova guitar for a hotel bar, and Mubert Render creates an original track. More of the mood is on the Hotel Atmosphere playlist.
License
Every track is royalty-free and comes with a clear license. What each plan covers is listed on the license page.
