The problem
YouTube Tech Review Music
Problem
Music that clashes with product footage
Tech reviews run on close-ups of ports, screens and unboxings. Generic stock tracks feel too loud or too corporate for that footage, and the same few tracks show up in every other review on your niche's feed.
With Mubert
Describe the track in the prompt box: mood, genre, tempo, instruments, and that it's for a phone review. Each generation is an original instrumental, so you can match the pacing of your footage. You can also upload a product still as the prompt.
Problem
Cutting tracks to fit every segment
A review has an intro, a long benchmark section, a verdict and an outro, all different lengths. Trimming a stock track by hand leaves abrupt endings, awkward fades and hours in the timeline that should go into the script.
With Mubert
Set the exact duration before you hit Generate, from a few seconds up to 25 minutes. The track comes out at that length with nothing trimmed or faded by hand. Jingle and loop types cover intros and background beds.
Problem
Monetization and licensing worries
Once a review is monetized, you need proof the music was cleared. Hunting through license pages for every track, or getting a claim on a sponsored video, can mean muted audio or lost revenue on a video that took days.
With Mubert
Every download comes with a license certificate you can keep with the project files. Paid plans cover monetized videos, ads and client work. Registering the tracks in Content ID is not allowed under any plan.

How to make it
Tech reviews need a bed that stays out of the way of the voiceover. Aim for 95-110 BPM, a soft synth pulse, muted electric piano or plucked mallets, and light drums with no big drops. Keep the midrange open so spec talk stays clear. Pick a length close to your segment, such as a 4:00 unboxing, so you don't have to hide a loop point.
In Mubert Render, paste the prompt, set type to Track, duration to 4:00, and press Generate. Put tempo and instruments in the prompt text, since there are no separate controls for them. Genre and mood presets are optional. Before publishing a monetized review, check that your plan includes commercial use. The free plan is non-commercial only.

FAQ
YouTube Tech Review Music
Can I use Mubert music in a monetized tech review?
Monetized videos count as commercial use, so you need a paid plan that includes it. The free plan is for non-commercial use, with a few MP3 downloads a month. Every download comes with a license certificate you can keep with your project files.
Can I register my review's music in Content ID?
No. On any plan, you can't register the tracks in Content ID, release them as standalone music on streaming services, or sell them on stock music sites. Using a track under your own video is fine on a plan that includes commercial use.
