The problem
Short Form Music
Problem
Tracks never fit the video length
A 15-second Reel or a 45-second Short rarely matches a stock track. You cut it, the ending lands mid-phrase, and you spend editing time hiding a clumsy fade instead of finishing the video.
With Mubert
Set the duration before you generate, from a few seconds up to 25 minutes. The track comes out at exactly that length, so nothing gets trimmed or faded by hand in your edit.
Problem
Claims and muted audio on posts
You post a clip with a track you thought was fine, then get a copyright claim, a muted video, or a monetization hold. The post loses reach, and you have no paperwork to point to.
With Mubert
Every download comes with a license certificate, and commercial use is covered on a paid plan that includes it. The tracks are original, so you are not reusing a popular song. Do not register them in Content ID.
Problem
Everyone ends up with the same track
Scroll any feed and the same trending sounds and stock tracks repeat. Hunting through libraries for something different eats time, and a clip with a familiar track blends into everyone else's.
With Mubert
Describe the mood, genre, tempo, instruments and what the clip is for, or upload an image, and Mubert Render generates a new instrumental from that prompt. Use the chat mode if you would rather talk it through.

How to make it
Short clips need music that grabs attention in the first two seconds, so skip slow ambient intros. Aim for 100 to 125 BPM with a clear kick or clap pattern, plus one melodic hook like plucked guitar or synth. Keep the mix light in the midrange so voiceover and captions stay readable. Set the length to match the clip, and use a Loop if the video repeats.
Open Render, type a prompt with the mood, instrument and tempo, since those go in the text, not separate controls. Set the type to Track, the duration to 30 seconds, and pick a genre or mood preset if you want a nudge. Press Generate, then download. Before posting, check that your plan includes commercial use if the video is monetized or promotes a brand.

FAQ
Short Form Music
How long should music be for a short video?
Match the track to the clip. In Mubert Render you set the exact duration, from a few seconds up to 25 minutes, and the track is generated at that length, so nothing has to be trimmed or faded by hand. For a short clip, a 15 to 60 second track is common.
Can I use Mubert tracks in monetized short videos?
Commercial use, which covers monetized videos and posts, ads and client work, needs a paid plan that includes it. The free plan is for non-commercial use only. Every download comes with a license certificate. Registering tracks in Content ID is not allowed on any plan.
