The problem
5-Second Music
Problem
Music that never fits the cut
A five-second bumper, a story card or a title sting rarely matches any library track. You trim a longer song, the ending lands mid-phrase, and you add a fade just to hide the cut. Fixing it eats edit time.
With Mubert
You set the exact length before you generate, from a few seconds up to 25 minutes. The jingle and loop track types fit short bumpers, so nothing needs trimming or fading by hand.
Problem
The same stock track everywhere
Short clips lean on a handful of popular library tracks. Viewers have already heard that upbeat ukulele in three other ads this week, and your intro starts to sound like everyone else's.
With Mubert
Each track is generated from your prompt, or from an image, so you describe the mood, genre, tempo and instruments you want and get an original instrumental. A new prompt gives you a different track.
Problem
Licensing questions on client work
A client or a platform asks where the music came from, and you dig through old emails and license pages to answer. A monetized video or an ad with unclear rights can get flagged, muted or pulled.
With Mubert
Every download comes with a license certificate you can hand over. Commercial use, including monetized videos, ads and client work, is covered on paid plans, and the music is built from samples by human artists who get paid.

5-Second Music
How to make it
A five-second slot leaves no room for a slow build, so the music has to state its idea on the first beat. Pick a clear rhythm, one or two lead sounds like a synth, pluck or clap, and a strong final hit. Keep the tempo steady and the mix open in the midrange so a voiceover or logo animation still reads on top.
Paste the prompt, choose Jingle as the track type and set the duration to 10 seconds, since the field starts at that length. Add tempo and instruments in the prompt text, because there are no separate controls for them. Generate, then listen to how the ending lands. Before publishing, check that your plan covers commercial use for ads or monetized posts.

FAQ
5-Second Music
How do I make a 5-second music clip in Mubert Render?
Describe the sound in the prompt box, pick Jingle as the track type, and set the duration. The Render screen's shortest length is 10 seconds, so a five-second slot means generating at 10 seconds and cutting it in your editor. Then press Generate and download the file.
Can I use a 5-second Mubert track in monetized videos or ads?
Only on a paid plan that includes commercial use. The free plan covers non-commercial use with a few MP3 downloads a month. Every download comes with a license certificate. Registering tracks in Content ID, releasing them on streaming services, or selling them on stock sites is not allowed on any plan.
