The problem
Retargeting Ad Music
Problem
Ad music that gets flagged or pulled
You build a retargeting set around a popular or loosely licensed track, then a platform claim mutes the audio or takes the ad down mid-flight. The creative is dead and the retargeting window you paid to reach closes.
With Mubert
Mubert Render makes an original instrumental from your prompt, built from samples by paid human artists. Each download includes a license certificate, and a paid plan covers commercial use for ads and client work.
Problem
Every variant sounds the same
Retargeting needs several versions for different audiences and funnel stages, but one stock track across all of them makes the campaign feel recycled. Viewers who see the ad a third time hear the same loop and scroll.
With Mubert
Change the mood, genre or tempo in the prompt and generate a fresh track for each variant. Describe what it is for, like cart reminder or product reveal, and Render gives you a different original each time.
Problem
Cutting music to fit ad lengths
Retargeting runs on awkward lengths: six seconds, fifteen, thirty. You trim a stock track by hand, fight a clumsy fade, and redo the edit every time the client changes the cut.
With Mubert
Set the exact duration before you hit Generate, from a few seconds up to 25 minutes. The track comes out at that length, with no trimming or hand-made fade. Choose jingle for short spots or loop for repeating placements.

Retargeting Ad Music
How to make it
Retargeting ads reach people who already know the product, so the music should be quick to read and easy to tolerate on a second or third view. Aim for 100 to 120 BPM, a clean beat, a plucked synth or soft guitar and light percussion. Keep the mids open so a voiceover or price card stays clear. Cut at 15 seconds or 30 seconds, and make the last beat land on the call to action.
Open Render, choose Jingle, set the duration to 15 seconds, and type the prompt. Put tempo, instruments and structure in the text, such as a one-bar intro and a hard stop. Pick a mood preset if you want a nudge, then press Generate. Listen under your voiceover before you download. Before publishing, check that your plan includes commercial use, since paid ads need it and the free plan does not.

FAQ
Retargeting Ad Music
How long should retargeting ad music be?
Match the length of the ad. Retargeting spots are often short, so 15 or 30 seconds is common. In Mubert Render you set the exact duration, from a few seconds up to 25 minutes, and the track comes out at that length without manual trimming or fades.
Can I use Mubert music in paid retargeting ads?
Yes, on a paid plan that includes commercial use. The free plan is for non-commercial use only. Every download comes with a license certificate. Registering the tracks in Content ID, releasing them on streaming services and selling them on stock music sites are not allowed on any plan.
