The problem
Presentation Background Music
Problem
Same stock track as every deck
You pick a popular corporate-bed track from a free library, then your client or audience has already heard it in three other webinars this month. The deck feels templated, and the music works against the message.
With Mubert
Describe the room in the prompt, say a calm piano and soft pads at a slow tempo for a quarterly review. Mubert builds an original instrumental, so your presentation gets its own track.
Problem
Tracks that never match the runtime
Your deck runs seven minutes and twenty seconds, the track runs three. You loop it badly, stack two songs with an awkward join, or cut and fade by hand in an editor, and redo it after every slide change.
With Mubert
Set the exact duration before you hit Generate, from a few seconds up to 25 minutes. The track comes out at that length, so there is no trimming, looping or hand fade to do.
Problem
Unclear license for client work
A paid pitch or client webinar goes out with background music, and later someone asks where it came from. Free-tier tracks and pasted download links leave you with nothing to show, which is a real risk when the deck is billable.
With Mubert
Every download comes with a license certificate you can file with the project. Commercial use such as client work needs a paid plan that includes it, and the free plan is non-commercial only.

Presentation Background Music
How to make it
A presentation bed has one job: stay out of the speaker's way. Pick a slow to medium tempo around 80 to 100 BPM, soft piano, pads or light mallets, and no busy drums or lead melody competing with your voice. Keep the energy flat, with no big drops mid-slide. For a talk, set the length to match your run time so the track ends when you do.
Open Render, choose Track, and set the duration to your talk length, for example 300 seconds. In the prompt box write the mood, instruments and tempo, since there are no separate tempo controls. Add a genre or mood preset if you like, then press Generate. Before you publish, check whether your plan covers commercial use. Client decks, paid webinars and monetized videos need it.

FAQ
Presentation Background Music
What kind of background music works under a presentation without distracting the audience?
Instrumental music with a steady tempo, soft instruments and no vocals works best, since lyrics compete with the speaker. Keep the energy even from start to finish. In Mubert Render you describe mood, tempo and instruments in the prompt, so the track fits your slides and your voice.
Can I use a Mubert Render track in a client presentation or paid webinar?
Client work and monetized content count as commercial use, which needs a paid plan that includes it. The free plan is for non-commercial use only. Every download comes with a license certificate. Registering tracks in Content ID, releasing them on streaming services and selling them on stock sites is not allowed on any plan.
