# How do I delete my account?

Email [support@mubert.com](mailto:support@mubert.com) from the address you sign in with and ask for the account to be deleted. Deletion is permanent: it removes the account and every project in it — so export anything you want to keep first.

**Where:** By email: support@mubert.com.

There is no delete button in Settings — account deletion is handled by support, so nothing is erased by a stray click.

If the goal is to stop paying rather than to erase everything, cancel the subscription instead — you drop to the Free plan and your projects stay.
