# Audio in an old project will not play

Reload the page. Audio links expire after a while for security, and reloading fetches fresh ones — nothing has been lost.

This shows up on projects you come back to after a long gap. It is a link problem, not a data problem: your recordings, your edits and your generated tracks are all still there.
