Using an experimental and purely improvised approach to samplers and synths, KTA\u2019s expansive and cerebral rhythms sit at the juncture of dubby <a href=\"https:\/\/mubert.com\/render\/genres\/house-music\" title=\"\">house<\/a>, free-jazzy <a href=\"https:\/\/mubert.com\/render\/genres\/techno-music\" title=\"\">techno <\/a>and funky <a href=\"https:\/\/mubert.com\/render\/genres\/ambient-music\" title=\"\">ambient <\/a>territories. When it comes to DJing she is eclectic, currently the host of a monthly radio show in Brooklyn&#8217;s The Lot Radio. Her most notable showcases were Mutek, Pop Montreal and Boiler Room, shared stages with globally renowned artists including Floating Points, Objekt, Machinedrum, MoMa Ready, Kyle Hall, Leon Vynehall, Yeaji to name a few. Korea Town Acid\u2019s first album &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/k-t-a.bandcamp.com\/album\/metamorphosis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Metamorphosis<\/a>&#8221; is entirely self-produced with Dave Cooley (Tame Impala, J Dilla, M83) on mix and mastering duties. Should musicians adapt to these changes and how? What disciplines should they learn to be ready for the industry?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>I think musicians should try to adapt to these changes, and AI will be helping musicians to unlock and&nbsp;complement&nbsp;their creativity. Though It&#8217;s up to AI developers to make it accessible&nbsp;for the artist to supplement their process with AI, as not all musicians will be able to engage with the technical development of these tools.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>As AI becomes more and more powerful, will the role that artists play in the music industry change? What will they do?
